Snowstorm Ambient Sounds on Ice Colony

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Ice colony is probably my favourite and most immersive map, but it currently does not have ambient noise that fits with the setting. Normally when I play on the map I turn off ambience and play my own from youtube. I would suggest adding something like this:

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Increased immersions. It will really help with the sense of this colony being a cold unforgiving place.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Replace the current ambient noise for being outside on the ice colony with snowstorm effects.
