Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
There aren't any batter chargers in either engineering or cargo. Except maybe to charge the power loader. Some engineering equipment like scrubbers need to be recharged. Rather than always getting batteries from dispensers, it would be nice if there were a few batter chargers along the ship.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
The benefit is that in case of emergency, or multiple emergencies, people won't have to worry about running out of powered cells. Maybe some equipment that uses cells will be more likely to be created. aka radios.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Just place some in engineering, and people can bug MTs or cargo, or even go to a common area to recharge their batteries.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
No code is likely required, just some map changes.

Re: Battery Chargers
There's already a powercell charger in engineering, on the table next to CE office door. But it's hidden under some stuff.

Re: Battery Chargers
I believe you can also plug a battery into an APC to charge it, no? (Of course that also runs the risk of putting you in the dark for awhile, a powercell charger should be your first pick.)

Re: Battery Chargers
In the dawn of changing ship, I would like to remind that it's bad to leave unfinished designs behind, and that if you were to re-use the Sullaco it'd be great to have either wall-mounted or additional cell chargers to handle the batteries.
Although, engineering have 2 in the locker room and I believe there's one in lower-atmo. So while I approve of the idea there may already be enough around if moved over. Still, +1.

CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.
