Fix for mounted smartgun

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Very Simple With the M56 mounted smartgun you can be pushed around while manning it. This means while covering your squad you can be pushed aside while still in control of the gun and lose your view of the targets. All you need to do Is make it so you cant push those on a mounted smartgun, much like a buckled seat.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Keeps things safe, no getting pushed around.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Again just like a chair, when you mount the smartgun you are locked in place whilst firing it
