Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): As the title says, add seconds to operation time in the status window. I don't think this has been suggested before, at least from a cursory glance-through of the suggestions. I wager it should be easy enough (maybe). I don't know if this is too little a thing for most people but, might as well try and suggest it.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Allows players the ability to more accurately gauge time+set up time limits, and really, why not have it? It seems like it would help make things decently prompt, too.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): I often (personally) look to the operation time, and having operation time with hours, minutes, seconds, would be helpful at least for me. From what I know it would only take a little addition to codes or something?
