Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Title, considering currently xenos can lockdown both dropships meaning marines literally cannot do anything and potentially delay the game indefinitely which is extremely boring. It also makes no sense to allow them to lock down both since Xenos are barred from using a dropship as a weapon due to the rules and because of how powergame-y that would be.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Not prevent eternal stagnation while Xenos wait forever for evolutions and prevent marines from literally doing anything but twiddle their thumbs.

+1 Almost always xenos just sit on the surface and do nothing until their T3s are upgraded to elite+.

+1. I'd rather not have a round extend by a significant amount of time just so xenos can build up their power and then murderbone marines while marines just sit in the Almayer waiting until they get murderboned.

+1. Marines already can't go to the caves to allow aliens to build up their power but locking up the ships just drags the game
