Bublik Engine

Summary:
Consider replacing current boring ship generators with RUST-like fusion technology.

Benefits:
Torus is an ultimate shape (imo it suits our new art style quite well). Also it gives lots of interesting mechanics to engineers, even more than previous "oh wow heat capacity" SM stuff.

Implementation:
Port updated version from /vg/, give it necessary adjustments and, who knows, perhaps few bugfixes.

I think the previous engine was removed because of the massive amount of greef, at one point we had an SM blow three times in a row.

I didn't pay much attention to when and why SM was removed, but RUST is superior to every other engine in SS13 history, at least in my opinion. It also lacks direct ways of griefing with it, except for filling nearby rooms full of hot plasma when core is breached, which every thermal generators based engine is susceptible to. Incompetence just wastes your time and ship's energy.

And, you know, it looks cool. At least this thing has some totally-not-made-up science behind it. I also think that it's a good time to suggest this since changelog points out that current click-to-get-power-casual-style generators will be replaced at some point.

I'm supportive of any engine that is safe to operate that is more intersting than the boring babysitting job the MTs do right now.
I'm stressing way too hard about what to put here, so I'm just gonna leave it blank.... or....

Well, +1 then if the worst it can do is fill a nearby room with plasma, as long as it can't blow half the ship and completely cripple logistics.
