emergency pistol wall lockers in Cryogenics Bay and other Places.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
add a emergency pistol wall lockers in code blue or red so when people wake up they have a chance to fight back and not get instantly get hugged. Add them in cryogenics Bay and other places like in medbay and engineering.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):

Will give the baldie freshspawns a chance to resist the xenomorphs.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):

for example when xenos board the commander will make it code blue or red and then the lockers will unlock and doctors,engineers,freshspawns could fight back.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

I have a feeling that if the aliens have gotten to cryogenics, a single pistol without any extra ammo wouldn't be able to do diddly. Engineering and medical also have their own armories that Command can choose to open that contain armor vests and weapons.

+1, if this was implemented, pistols should come fully loaded, there be at least 5 pistols in a locker next to 5 extra pistol clips. For the fresh spawns to have a fighting chance, there should be at least 4 emergency lockers in cryo, because fresh spawns usually keep trickling in until spawning in is disabled.

I also want to see a group of fresh spawns holding out in cryo, that would be awesome.
Phillip Driver, jack of all trades, reliable in some. Your typical jumpy flamer PFC or ammo fumbling CPL, always has a pair of ballistic goggles on him for unknown reasons. Will probably die mid sentence, because he talks (and gets bullied) too much for his own good. He has his moments though.

Jim, a Gen 2 Synthetic. Has a tendency to get melted to bits when planet side, and that's when he's behind barricades. Despite that, he's vigilant and always ready to drag you out of danger, even if it damages him in the process.

I don't think have unsecured weapons on the ship would be a sound IC decision. In a OOC sense, I feel like this helps griefers even more with getting weapons fast.

The lockers are in the wall, like a nanomed, and would function like a nanomed. They would be locked until there is a code red, so griefers wouldn't be able to get guns that way unless they join during a code red.

Better idea.

We can set it so that in code blue/code red Spawning is disabled for security reasons.

Why not both?

i see no problem with having cryos be locked if the red alert is given. Helps prevent people from leaving the red alert on once a problem has ceased.

Griefers can already get AP and pulse rifles if they bother to take a few extra steps out of cryo; a pistol is harmless in comparison.

Though I like the idea of cryo being locked on Red Alert; sacrifices reinforcements and makes it more of a "big deal" that the Almayer is Red Alert instead of just smashing it whenever the Commander spills his coffee.
