Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): add a drug/chemical, that allows defibbing after the 5 minute mark has passed, at the cost of heavy genetic damage, requiring a cryo tube trip
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): keeps people active and in the round longer
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):as summarized
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):clever coding?

Re: Revive drug
I really don't know how this is going to work since pills or meds in general needs to be metabolized into the body. Since corpses don't metabolize the chems, I'm guessing a clever coding would fix this?
As for the suggestion, it feels too overpowered, this is basically cloning, but mobile, probably easy to produce and eh.
However, you could make it so that this chem could prolong the defib timer. But the same question arises as the first paragraph. How will it work?

Re: Revive drug
-1. Too strong, essentially mobile cloning.

Re: Revive drug
As Jronic said, this is essentially cloning.
