Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):Occasionally, an ert will be called, and a supply drop will come. marines often dont get the supplies, because they have no idea its a supply drop, so if high command, announces they are sending supplies to the ship, or if ARES announces supplies have arrived, with a location, they might actually get used.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): probably use the old system we had for announcing ERT's, but have it only enabled for the supply drop ERT.
