Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Title. Sometimes stupid people deploy them and lock other people out of the dropship for no reason or to be idiots. Put a button that toggles them inside the MP kiosk so this situation doesn't occur.

TRANSIT shutters? The ones players have no control over, are COMPLETELY indestructible (besides pred bombs), and which solely exist to prevent the entire dropship's cargo from aspxiating in the inky black of space?

Someone'll either hit it and either open the shutters at the wrong time, killing everyone on the drop, or close them when they're groundside and laugh as Ancient Crusher(1) finally finds something he can't crush.
I'd be fine with it being a mod verb, though.

If talking about transit shutters (Probably not) then -1
BUT IF NOT:
I will stick to neutral, leaned -1 untill you actually add a condition that asks for the dropship--
A) Not to be in transit
B) Not to be off-ship (Almayer-side-only)
C) Revokable by the queen once she takes control of the main console (Not onboard button though).
