Give a HealthHUD and PlasmaHUD to the xenomorphs

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Xenomorphs can see how much health and plasma other xenomorphs have via a medHUD-style healthHUD that shows how damaged other xenos are, and a similar HUD that shows how much plasma other xenos have. As ayys are all part of the same hivemind this information should be as simple as possible for them to see.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Increases xenomorph immersion as they now intimately know everything about each other that they should be knowing
Helps gauge when it's time for recovery pheromones and when it isn't
Helps gauge whether you should donate a hundred to that runner or not, same thing with the Queen who often gets too much plasma

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Probably have it be a blue bar for health and green for plasma

+1, I mainly play xeno and this would be EXTREMELY useful and would compensate for the fact that the marines get to have night vision goggles, medhuds and squad huds, stuff like that.

This would actually help with the infecting marines and would also make playing dead less viable as a tactic.

The HealthHUD is for finding out xeno health, not marine health, which is a different game as then it opens up the potential for xenos to powergame by aciding marines into paincrit when they're captured, plus should xenos really be aware of the condition of a host as anything more than a binary infectable/not infectable?
