New attachment: Side Saddle for shotguns

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Add a new barrel attachment for shotguns: the side saddle

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Would be operator as fuck, and would allow shotgunners to carry more ammo and not rely on a backpack as much.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Requisitions would have them, they would attach to the barrel and it would add a storage slot to the shotgun that can hold a handful of shells.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

With the sheer amount of storage spaces possible for handfuls (armor pockets, armor slot if you really want, webbing, belt, backpack, pockets) and boxes (boxes of 25 * at minimum 7 pack slots = 175 alone), using an attachment slot to hold just one more handful seems sort of pointless.

Cm is no longer about how to kill a xeno by ramming your shotgun into it's mouth.

It's about Marine fashion.

I like the idea but I don't know how you would interact with it other than an added verb.

Either just clicking on it or dragging to your sprite could work.

Yeah, probably just having it so you can drag the shotgun to your sprite. The problem with click functionality is that you also click on the shotgun to empty it out.
