Xeno Queen sees the available slots of Xeno T2 and T3

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Have the Queen have a notification on stats tab about the available evolution slots of T2s and T3s.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): It would actually help the Queen manage the hive due to knowing the available evolutions and have more initiative for the queen to direct other xeno players to take on specific castes.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): It will show up in the stats tab as one or two separate sentences detailing both the status of T2s and T3s.

It will show up somehow like:

• "You feel that the hivemind can support much stronger[t2]/larger([t3] children." If there are somewhere around 2 or more slots
  
  "You feel the hivemind struggles to support the current strong[t2]/large([t3] children." If there is only a slot remaining.
  
  "The hivemind cannot support strong[t2]/large[t3] children." If there are no more slots.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Additional coding in the stats tab perhaps.
