Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Just the addition of a few simple cosmetics that can be used for roleplay purposes. It's quite natural stuff, to be fair. Here's a list of the things requested.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Well, it doesn't neccessarily provide much to the server other than allow people to RP a tad more with it, in regards to one item, at least. The tape.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): I think it's quite obvious. The gloves ICly seen as the basic utility that police officers and security officers have real life as well. The pepper spray so we no longer have to empty space cleaner and fill it with capsaicin (we had them back on the Sulaco map, somehow they got removed) and the police tape so we can cordon off areas for roleplay means. Would have come in handy in a bunch of rounds today.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Just add them to the vendors or make them spawn in the bay on the tables?

Gloves would only make sense. Police tape, sure, could be handy when there's murder.
Pepperspray? Who the fuck uses pepperspray on a military vessel?

We had it back on the Sulaco, came in quite handy for a few rowdy Marines to make them shut up. Just yet another tool that can be used next to the stunrod and flash (I personally rarely use the stunstick anyway) so eh, it's whatever, really. It knocks you out good and puts you into the crit-coma state for a little, so it's pretty good when people have extreme violent tendencies and you have no time to restrain them (good for crowd control).
