Sticky resin balance

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Since prae got new spit type which spawns shitton of sticking resin, that doesn't require weeds, which also is able to stack (I really hope it's a bug), half sticky resin health, so, instead 5-6 hits with a knife it will take 3.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Less OP spit.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Half sticky resin health.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Minimal coding.

+1 because it's currently just obnoxious being able to spit behind enemy lines with sticky resin that nobody bothers to clear out.

(Or, you can have the praetorian spit 1 sticky resin but slightly stronger to fix this)
