Re-word the "Observe" description in the title menu.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):

Some new players will get confused about the observe description when playing,
thinking they can just respawn back after the 5 minutes and low and behold you can't get back to the title screen.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):

New players will not get confused.
This has been a minor problem ever since pre-alpha and has never been offically addressed and I'd like it to be changed now.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):

Change it to something along the lines of:

"You will not be able to join as a marine and the only way to join the round is through ERT or joining as an Xenomorph."

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

Small re-word of a description.
