CL gets a photocopier

Grant the Corporate Liason access to a photocopier in the restricted section of the Weyland-Yutani office.

Roleplay involving formal interactions with Weyland-Yutani often features forms and documents, and a photocopier would allow the CL to efficiently produce them.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
CLs currently need to copy and paste documents onto new sheets of paper, losing the formatting if they didn't remember to copy it from the start. Engineers already get a photocopier in their department, which automates copying documents. The CL's photocopier would work the same.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Add a photocopier to the Weyland-Yutani inner office.

You can literally run on down to requisitions and use the photocopier inside the RO's office. I really don't see the point of this and it'll encourage having to actually move around instead of staying in your office for the entirety of the round..

I would be fine with a photocopier in a public area / the conference room / whatever. I don't think it makes sense for Weyland's representative to sneak into the RO's office every time.
