Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): So you can pick out the retard spamming audible emotes in briefing and handle him ICly with a stunstick up the ass, without having to mouse over a hundred people

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): every emote that makes a sound (clap, scream, medic) pops up a special message box, like the medic emote currently does
