Add autolathe back to Researcher

Right now researchers can do very little. An autolathe was a vital part of their process of making grenades, something useful for the troops. Adding one back, maybe along with a good stack of metal or two would seriously benefit them and give them something to do again.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Gives researchers grenades to mess around with, and to help the marines with. Could be used for various purposes such as makeshift claymores.

Add an autolathe and some metal to research in medbay. Easy.

You need a protolathe for grenade casings...

You can make grenade casings with metal sheets. You need a protolathe for the large grenades, and an autolathe for beakers/igniters/timers.
