tweak window frames

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Window frames that exist on the new sulaco have a unintended effect. They are allowed to be shot through and at the same time cannot be damaged by Xenos, outside of being acided. This makes them basically better than any of these new barricades, tables, or any creatable defence.

Just make them slashable or otherwise damaged. Or just remove them so those windows are like normal ones.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Less overpowered defences.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Less window frame abuse in last stands. I'm assuming this is supposed to not be a thing.

-1, the windows are rare enough for them to be only used in certain locations, and this so called "abuse" isnt a thing.

This abuse is a thing and absolutely does need to be removed. It's why Carson tells everyone to hold at briefing or cryo, those places are basically massive, movement-unimpeding rectangles surrounded in window frames, 90% of the fortifications are done for you before you even start.

I'd recommend just breaking window frames with the window.

you could remedy this with a few mapping tweaks rather than changes to the windowframe object itself. replacing a handful of windowframe bits with more wall bits would make these rooms significantly less attractive as holdout spots

the effectiveness cannot be denied, even the CLF assault intended to "speed up the round" failed to dislodge the brave marines from fort briefing
