(Infection) Add a Visible Timer for Revival

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): In the status tab add a Visible Timer for Revival for Dead Zombies

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Less annoyance with the seemingly random Revival Times.

The one time I didnt ghost as a zombie it was pretty shit not knowing when I was going to pop back up. +1
