Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): make supply beacons reusable, consider lowering the supply launch cooldown timer
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): helps keep the ro and ct's hoppin instead of bored, helps keep them relevant parts of the war effort rather than afterthoughts that are ignored once the attachments have been handed out
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
just make it so the supply beacon does not disappear once the crate falls, and you can just pick it up and set it again when you need to. give it a couple minutes cooldown if you have to. now, there may still be good reason to buy new ones, as it is easy to misplace the little suckers down there, especially if the squad leader gets ganked. so it would be good to keep replacement beacons on the buy list anyways
the supply launch tube cooldown can also be adjusted, but the beacons not vanishing is the main part i want to see here
xenos worried that this increased supply flow will buff marines too much? just remember friends - dead or crippled marines cant use supplies, and you are uniquely positioned to help make them dead or crippled. you could also make the supply beacons acid-dissolvable, forcing them to be placed only in truly secured places or watched closely, if you demand an active counterbalance that badly
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): just dont make the beacon disappear boss

The beacon disappears because it's what is hit by the supply pod.

thats strange, i could have sworn i often see the crate appear a few squares apart from where the beacon was placed
furthermore, would it beyond technological capacity to have the launch tubes aim the crate to hit say, a little to the left, instead of smashing their own beacons every time

They do NOT hit the supply beacons, they land well off target every time. Apop is out of touch with his game, riot!
