New rules for infection mode

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Updated or different rules specific to Infection mode. There is some key differences to the enemy force in this mode, and from my singular experience, there is too much rigidity in people following rules as they pertain to xenos.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Less adminhelps on people calling each other out for firing on other marines. as @NescauComToddy can back me up on, this results in situations where it is a bit difficult applying xeno rules.

We'll be getting set rules for this Soon™. This mode is still rather new and this was one of our first large-scale test of it and we expect there to be problems. As with Tribes, we're working on getting things set up so Admins are not required to run these events, but rather let them run themselves. This will all take time but over time things will be updated.

Howdy,

I believe that it is not necessary to make a change or apply rules only for this game mode. Applying the same rules is not very difficult, but most of the players confuse them and end up making mistakes. People need to know that the rules will not change, only the style of the game will.

The main point I want to make between xenos and infection mode, is that when a person has an embryo in them, they know they will DIE and be a ghost for some time afterwards if not treated. In infection, you merely get to come back as some other form if infected. You know people are going to abuse this difference to be meta sleeper zombies, hence why I suggest some sort of change to the rules in between game modes. I understand it is new, and it is nice to hear that rules are being discussed
