Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): This is a cool little sound that freaked me the fuck out when I heard it during Alien Isolation. It is basically the transit shutdown sound, in the game Alien Isolation but it sounds so much like power shutting down it is scary. Basically, you know that little event that goes on the announcements from ARES that power is shutting down on the Almayer??? I want to add this https://youtu.be/GNKfQIIemgs?t=6 at the end of it.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): It would add LOTS of immersion, and since this is such a rare thing that happens, it can easily be used to freak people out during events.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Now I am pretty sure that there is a robot voice that goes along with the little event thing that says "Power is shutting down" just simply add this sound... https://youtu.be/GNKfQIIemgs?t=6 at the end of it. (The sound is from Alien Isolation, and we all know how many sounds come from Alien games in this server...)
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): I have no idea, but I would ASSUME it would be easy... maybe?
