Add a sprite to the commanders sword on belt

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): If I put the ceremonial sword on my belt it doesn't appear ingame with a sprite (IE On my char not in my belt slot)

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Makes the commander look alittle more snazzy when rolling around the sulaco

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Just code in a sprite for when the sword is equipped

There's actually sprites for the katana on the belt, if I remember right. It should be EZ-PZ to change over. So yeah, sounds cool to me.

As people said, should be really easy to sprite, just gonna +1 anyway for the sake of it, immersions must come forth
