Perhaps add surgical tools that are near instant and maybe skip a few steps, or do multiple at once? That could be cool, if one is able to obtain them as a doctor...

Are we going to contine pn this suggestion or leave it as its on page 2 of suggestions?
The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, start.

From what we've seen Predators are very durable and are equipped to survive for long periods of time. Lets not forget the fact that a Predator had his arm sliced off yet he survived long enough to patch up the wound and stabilize himself, any normal human would've died of blood loss or shock well before then. That is a massive feat for anyone to do.

Also I don't think we've ever seen a Predator make full use of their medical kit in either movies and its clear they have a lot more items in the kit.

I think at minimum offering Predators a way to stabilize a wound and fix broken bones would be fine. Predators are not Human, they have a very high tolerance for pain and crippling injuries.
This is war, survival is your responsibility.

Bump of life, marines shooting on sight, turrets, and AP rounds cause Predators to take broken bones and injuries to their organs, which they have no way to heal at all, which means they're doomed to bleed out.

Predators have been vulnerable to instant broken bones and organs for a long time now ... If it is some kind of help or balance they need then it is a way to fix those

Or .. Make their bones and organs break much less easily. They are supposed to have really strong bones anyways, aren't they?

-1 to preds fixing broken bones.

Preds are supposed to be stealthy killers, not one man armies able to soak bullets all day.

Let them splint themselves, but that's it. If there are multiple preds they can do surgery on each other using the resources on the map.

If you break your skull or chest, you're fucked, yea. You can't splint those, which are debatebly the most important things a pred would need to splint. There is no recovery from a broken chest.

Iunno ... If you break your legs while in combat you're also pretty fucked tbh

I would like to remove the pred healing crystals and replace them with an actual medicomp kit like in the movies, to splint broken bones and heal organ/limb damage. But it would require a trip back to the ship in order to recharge some of the materials. So no more instant healing, but you could potentially patch up more grievous wounds and return to the battle if you are not outright killed. You can already make a surgical bay with the tools found around the colony, if you are actually wanting to do that.

I was talking about setting up a surgical bay, not doing surgery.
