Default languages!

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): While playing Russian, and yes I do understand I'm riding on this little thing a bit. I noticed there's no way to set a default language like Russian which is really annoying having to type :3 every time you wish to speak to comrades. I just wish to add a simple little button to add which language you'll default too easily so you don't accidentally scream in english/sol what you meant for your comrades only.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Generally less annoyance when having to speak as a Russian ERT or and language ERT in general (Not sure if Predators would get something like this for translating masks but meh?)

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Adding in a simple default language option in IC which allows you to choose your language you with to speak without using :3 every time.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Coding probably.

lost to space. and its not to difficult to do the :3 bump in a way this would be nice.
