Update Ghost Teleport HUD

Summary :

Benefits :
Really make Admins, Players, Ghosts lives easier to navigate the map. Standardizes the system a little bit to make it easier to add onto in future updates.

Details:
Well the HUD hasnt really been standardized, making it pretty awful to navigate for both veteran players and new players. It seems that there a a few half-hearted attempts to get it in some sort of order but then were not carried completly through ( adding the SULACO pre-fix to some rooms but not others). Adding pre-fix's to text is a good but clunky way to go about organizing the system. Instead, adding a filter tab should easily tighten up the display, cutting down scroll bar use and giving users a nice way to quickly view important areas of the map.

PROPOSED FILTERS FOR TELEPORT:
Sulaco Lower deck
► Show Spoiler
Sulaco Upper deck
► Show Spoiler
Planet Ground
► Show Spoiler
Planet Underground
► Show Spoiler
Misc.
► Show Spoiler
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

Lets use the filter tab code on the top of the Page HUD and implement it in the secondary text boxes.

I don't really think there is much problems with ghost other than a few people, neutral for now...

Pairs well with my requested changes to follow.
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.
