Summary: Add a stock variant for the M39 SMG. The stock should not increase the weapons weight or decrease its (already slow) rate of fire due to the SMG being a secondary weapon.
Benefits: Let the few people who take the SMG better modify it for their needs.
I enjoy taking the SMG as a Specalist user (its that or a revolver) but I find my attachment choices for the weapon to be low. (I don't know if a quickfire adapter even fits on it).
Plus I love video game SMGs with stocks (MP7 among me favorite weapons).
Maybe even look at making the stock part of the SMG but its collapsible, you can extend it at any time to grant you a accuracy boost. Either way.

Re: SMG Stock
Possible. The SMG is the only standard gun that doesn't get a stock.

Re: SMG Stock
This is a pretty good idea. I'd probably make a carbine stock variant (like the mar-30 vs 40) that gives you better medium-range accuracy and damage at a cost of firing speed (which makes you more vulnerable at close ranges). Probably a melee damage increase would work as well given the extra weight.
