Make flag be a item that can be two handed and when it is, add action to wave it, giving a minor buff to marines, like minor pain reduce mayby? (less than worst painkiller but still might be usefull) +1

Has 3 states (one for standing still and two for moving), no dual wield tho as it would look awkward.

+1 a USCM flag would be cool but why not make only one in the CO quarters? that way would be necessary have a CO and only him can make it go down planetside, if he want he even can make a SO as a bannerman in the battle with a SMG and combate armor.

The flag could even have the added benefit of a spear! Who wouldn't want to throw the flag at a queen and have it embed into it's thorax and slow it down or some shit, or make it take small amounts of damage when moving until it melts. Or a safe weapon to use to stab aliens without acid blood spatter maybe?
