Bug Description: Turning on a welder in darkness won't even give you one lumen of light. A cigarette lighter is better for sight.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Turn on welder in pitch black.
2. It gives off zero light.
3. What fucking gives?

If it's not a bug, it'd be worth it adding the effect.
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

Ignitors Give No Light
Bug Description: in lieu of my last bug report, Ignitors also give off no light when you ignite the sparks. Atleast give something.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Activate Ignitor in pitch black.
2. Hear sparks.
3. Still pitch black.
