MP colour scheme change

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
The Red and black of NT security forces does not look good on a USCM Ship. I suggest we remove it in favour of light khaki and white uniforms.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):

- Would help with immersion
- It'd just be nice for something other than red and black to be our security force. Aurora-Station has nice blue and grey/black uniforms.

Sprite changes.

I was going to say that. Marines and everyone else use Kakhis, they will be confused with everyone else.

I suggest a navy-blue suit since it's distinguishable enough, looks military and we are in a ship, it's NAVY blue after all

I mean, the MPs are the least redshirt bunch of the marines. If you want someone that goes by the book definition of "redshirt" is definetely the Standart, specially in the roundstart operations.

You could possibly change the white-ish pants to a darker color. Maybe a grey or black?

Change the green webbing to look a little more suited to police so instead of the green webbing you could do some reinforced armor plates that "slide" into the sides of the uniform. (Doesn't have to be a action, just a visual detail)

Keep the helmet.

A slimmer belt, maybe in a darker color as well (orange or red anyone?).
