Description of the incident:
Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc):
I'd been around since the start of the round, fortifying the LZ heavily with a bunch of other engineers. When xenos eventually pushed up, I repeatedly put myself on the line to fix breaches, receiving a lot of wounds in the process, getting patched up and promptly sticking myself on the line again. The CO, a presumed latejoin, makes an announcement saying we're to evac because "he has no clue about the situation" or something along those lines. I encourage everyone to stay, as we have four full barricade lines remaining and the men to man it. Eventually, due to the POs not bringing ammo and the repeated evac orders, we pull back. I head to medbay, complaining about how we could've held, to get my ridiculous number of wounds fixed. Bravo are generally ignoring me, when the CO jumps in and starts going hammer-and-tongs. I tell him repeatedly that we could've held and that we had the men and defences to do it, and that not knowing the situation is a pants-on-head reason to evac when we were winning the fight. I end the conversation with a choice "shove your orders where the sun don't shine" as I'm about to fall over from internal injuries. The CO promptly runs ALL the way down from the CIC to Medbay, draws his Mateba, pointblanks me twice while I'm in paincrit, then runs away before anyone - including all the MPs present - realise what just happened. He then makes a vague announcement to get himself off the hook.
There were tons of MPs present in Medbay during the entire conversation he could've asked to arrest me. At any point he could've removed himself from Bravo comms, knowing that marines will complain when they pull out when they were winning. He could've came down, given a stern lecture on tough decisions, then had the MPs present detain me. Instead, he guns it down from the CIC when the conversation's finished, wordlessly clicks me twice then sprints off to avoid repercussions. This is pretty clear abuse of the BE rules as there were multiple easier alternatives, and it seems like he just wanted his valids/to fuck with Mason some more as all COs tend to do.
After this, a moderator, who has been involved in other reports I've made, pops into dchat to rile me up, see attached images.

In the below logs, you'll clearly see Bravo completely ignoring me or telling me to shut up, so there was zero undermining of command, and nor was it intended to be, just a really injured marine whod' spent the entire round keeping as many people safe as possible taking his pissiness out over comms. There was never a mention of mutiny or overthrow either, so nothing on removal of command. There were also no threats to the person or ship. Everything there was a minor disagreement, there were no threats and the conversation was over when he decided to run to Medbay and remove me from the round.

How you would punish the accused: Removal of whitelist. Yet another CO player, and one on the council to boot, who thinks shit-tier play is allowed and pissing someone about because of their name/ckey is fine. They know there's zero punishment for COs who fuck up, look at all the failed reports everyone has made in the past.
