Approximate time and date of the incident (Central US Time for fastest results): Round ending approximately 10:18pm (CST) Wednesday the 26th of December.

What rule(s) were broken: Rule 2, Roleplay Standards.

Description of the incident: I refused to give Kate attachments or equipment as the RO because she didn't ask for anything actually actionable. She asked for things like a "Plate full of EXT" but refused to take an extended mag, or a "SMG Harness". Eventually I gave up and booted her out of line. A while later she (and maybe Chance Warden?) broke through the wall between Cryo and Cargo. Kate attacked me with a stunprod and stole some equipment, most of which we later recovered.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): I don't have any. You'll need to do a logdive. Plenty of witnesses.

How you would punish the accused: A timed ban of some description. Kate has history of breaking marine law pointlessly, being openly antagonistic, and engaging in some of the lowest of low RP around.

I said extended mags the first time, you booted me for armor. Fair.
I got armor and stood in line and asked in a little dumber of a way yeah but figured youd get the gist. And then pushed me out of line.
I got in a third time and asked for a different item cus i figured you didnt want to give it to me. A third time you boot me out.
I asked why. you called me stupid or something.
I brought it up to the commander that i just wanna know what i did wrong. I was ignored.
I broke in, not to get the magazines, not to disrupt the round or become the center of attention.
I broke in to declare a message.
Don't bully the Wooley.

But for real, Kate Wooley is a penal marine with copious insecurity and a vindictive streak and anyone who plays with her can tell you this action fits perfectly within her character. I don't know exactly what youre trying to levy against me here though, breaking marine law? I am currently under the impression breaking marine law is an IC issue and that i'm subject to the in game repercussions as a punishment for misbehaving, not being banned.
Openly antagonistic? I'm going out on a limb here and gonna say i'm allowed to play an angry, rude, and aggressive character if i choose (please correct me if i'm wrong)
Lowest of the low RP? This one's a little more complicated and subjective, but will adhere to the admins decisions if it comes to it. I would like to defend myself by saying that I do attempt to roleplay (outside of combat that is, sorry), but think that marines are allowed to engage in hijinks and act like a bunch of juiced up meatheads crammed in a sardine can.

Also sorry i guess for not knowing it was an smg holster and not a harness

Edit: but for real real I want to make it perfectly clear I do not disagree with your right to distribute the materials under your trust as a Requisitions Officer HOWEVER you see fit, it was the treatment that made it IC personal and inspired retribution. And I'm sorry about the stunprod, I didn't know they could make you bleed. That was a bit far.

Tbh as a witness to this (I was the cargo autist) I saw what happened in this round and I personally don't want to see people punished for it (Carson round for a start). Urytion was playing the bitchy RO who was getting into arguments with marines in the line. One was wooley, as Dions put it, she gained a vindictive streak against cargo for not granting her order due to Wooley annoying Tracee. This streak had two marines, one of which was Dions, storm into the rear of cargo with stunprods and nick a crate of SMG extended ammo and stun the RO. I gave chase and we had a pushing match where I got the case of ammo back while calling the MPs. Wooley ran off and came back later to attempt it again to which I chased her down the ship to enact Justice and subdue her so the (lackluster) MP could take her away. We pushed each other, then escalated into the use of the prod in which I disarmed her and took it for myself and stunned her. Calling the MP to delta prep, she got back up and drew her rifle after both of us attempted to subdue each other with a makeshift stunstick. So I slapped her again with the prod a couple of times. Then the MP arrested wooley.

Imo the RP was low but in all fairness, it was actually RP'd. Escalation outside of the initial stun against the RO was correct in my eye and I don't think Dions intended to hit Urytion with the intention of causing damage just a stun. It all started off due to a feud and the aftermath was all handed in IC. The only thing I have to think about was the breaking into the back of cargo, you blasted past two walls as you can't hack into cargo's doors to nick the ammo case. The only punishment I'd seek if it was going to end in a punishment would be a warning for the whole breaking into cargo with stunprods via shooting a wall down, which was rather creative for an entrance into cargo.

Actually PFC's are trained with basic tools and can tear a wall down the right way, gimme some credit!

So the issue in question here is did the player maintain an acceptable level of RP through out the incident? I believe not. Is it entirely reasonable for two marines, one of a higher rank, to get into a dispute. What is not reasonable is for said marine to break into a restricted area for the purpose of stealing items from and attacking the RO, regardless of your characters back story. That is just a step too far and can reasonably be seen as griefing.

Whatever reputation you may have earned for LRP does not reflect in your notes however.

I believe that these actions, are not enough to earn you significant ban time. That said, you should take this as a warning not to try to pull these kind of hijinks again. A note will be added to your account Dionsu for LRP shenanigans and linked to this appeal. Should LRP issues arise from you again I will recommend a heftier ban time.
