Being an asswipe isn't a reason to arrest him.

If you don't have access, you don't have access. Either get a superior to help you out or ask for more access like in regular SS13.

If you need to kill someone, stunning them first is a great way to start. BYOND combat is basically stun-based.

I didn't mean arrest, I meant what behavior would be acceptable? I'm speaking from a more general and stand point.

No there isn't much you can do. You can, IC, escalate it if they're being particularly assholish but if you retaliated against every asshole, the Sulaco would be a ghost ship. You can't arrest or shoot at them JUST for being a dick, but you can shout at them. Superiors are superiors, they can do almost anything to you. If you dislike it, bring it up with someone with power to deal with it (such as the commander if the asshole is XO/BO, or the CL if you feel it transcends marine law.)

Edit: Not related to the superior part, but I suppose if a regular marine or someone else below you is being a jerkwad, you can throw Insubordination into his face. Or a number of other laws, such as assault or neglect of duty. Don't piss off sec/MP. For superiors though, the above should be a good measure of what to do.

Legally arresting any other player with only minimal excuse needed. Unless they cry to an admin, and you'll need a slightly better one.

You are RESISTANT to flashbangs. By resistant, I mean you won't be stunned from as far, or as long as people outside of certain MP equipment. Flashbangs are Iron Bears's Marines' worst nightmare if applied properly.

Pepper Spray is good for ambushing people.
Peanuts tend to react less poorly with less force applied. The more force you apply, the more likely a peanut will step in to cause trouble for you.

Make sure they have no webbing. Give them back their boots after taking their knife out of them. Remove weapons from locker cells and instead put them in the security monitor room. Last thing you need is a disgruntled boot deciding to shoot out your brig cell or shoot you on their way out because they think you're shitty for having arrested them.
