What's the funniest moment of Command/MP incompetence you have ever witnessed?

The other day as a survivor, I greeted the marines by shooting myself in the head, instantly decapitating myself after throwing a factsheet about the aliens at the feet of the squad leader.

I didn't expect to be able to rejoin the round, but the doctors actually managed to piece my head back to my body and clone me. This would be fine if they actually explained what was going on, instead of me, a survivor who only remembers being on a colony full of xenos, waking up naked in a sleeper with two people staring at me (a doctor and the CL).

Naturally, I did the only thing I thought was proper and punched the doctor in the face before booking it to medbay's exit, still naked, still very badly brain-damaged. The CL came after me but I pulled an oxygen tank from a fire closet and threw it at him to get him to reconsider. After that I was running away from the CL, much slower than him as well as half-blind, through the Sulaco. At first I hid in maintenance and piled boxes by the door, but that gave the CL time to call an MP who immediately started pulling boxes away to tase me.

Now the guy wasn't exactly unintelligent -- he was just really, /really/ unrobust. I managed to disarm the taser out of his hands, dodge around him, get to the main ladders, and get all the way to the CL's office before I even saw the MP again. Then just as he was about to actually get into the room, I closed the shutters on his face. Unfortunately the CL let the MP into his office through maint, resulting in the MP frantically trying to tase/stunbaton me before giving up after getting disarmed 4 times -- 4 times, mind you, in a timespan that still allowed me to slip through the still-open maintenance door. It got so bad that the CL gave up entirely on a non-lethal takedown and shot me three times with his pistol before letting the MP handle the rest of it, since brain damage + near crit = yeah fucking right I'm gonna escape.

For all of that I got a resisting arrest sentence.

Yep, I was that CL, walking around with my briefcase in hand all the time. The fact that MP got his ass handed to him so many times was almost painful, it was like watching a Tom & Jerry chase scene.

Not a real show of incompetence, as it comes from an excellent player I believe, but the commander who committed suicide in arrival, after evacuating the Sulaco and Marines' minor defeat. For Honor yo.

I think it was either a new player or someone that uses random name, none of the regular players or semi regulars.

This was a long time ago, but it still stands out to me. I am a survivor. I get back to ship and they want my weapons, hell no. I argue and then they take my mag. And to prove to them no bullets i put the gun to my head and opps. there was a shot. I die, hey clone me, they then arrest me and take me to the bridge. The reason? I'm hiding something or i'm a agent because i killed myself as soon as i get on ship. I RP a bit and the CL beats me with the chain of command, breaking all bones. Also the MP's and CO is alright with this. I'm screaming at random marines to help and nothing. I get taken to execution. At this point a admin was watching and we were chatting back and forth. I decided i wanted to go out singing so i sang queen till after 20 minutes of fucking around he shoots me dead. Admin spawns me in with him to do a "investigation" because the bio sensor in my suit went out. Cue me checking MP and seeing all the blood. I then saw no body and scanned the blood, we arrested the CO with proof and then i got to be a SL.

The other story takes place during a admin event. There was a disk, and if you touched it you would get SE powers (Hulk, xray, ect) the catch was that some players got to be changelings. I have X-ray and i'm the commander, so it's easy to eat a few people that were dead. The other person, wookie was eating people and that got the attencion of WY. WY comes and the admin announcement was like this "2 non-humans detected in maint near sleepers. I wait and a WY response team with MP's show up. Long story short, wookie gets incened and then i get off even though it said 2 non-humans. I eat the face off a WY PMC and then get decapped by a crusher in breif. What i should have done is turned into a PMC and then killed the other PMC's. One admin saw my ahelps to kill him in the mourge and was going to offer me a GL but i didn't take it.
