Yknow what turns an otherwise mediocre Commander to a shitty Commander? Trying to enforce Marine Law, trying to execute someone while they were already detained, but worst of all; the one that uses their fucking baton for minimalist reasons, assuming it'll be like a stunbaton (which are composed of aluminum and plastic to prevent injuries to the victim the baton is used on), except no, it won't (TBs aren't of the same composition,why you would think this would make great discipline is beyond me but the fact you actually went through with that thought is another thing )
I have seen a shit for brain Commander pull out his TB on an MP who went rogue and tazed 6 people, including me and him, after the guy was detained, and as a result, the man suffered a large skull fracture that required medical assistance to fix. So, it didn't take lon for another situation to arise that involved a doctor sleep poisoning the CE who hacked the doors to medbay and make illegal modifications, so what did Chief Shithead do? Use the same tool that broke the skull of a man before on a guy that is essential to the round and the ship. This not only caused a skull fracture, but ended up fucking up his ability to work with anything, hurting himself or other people.

...Well, It IS meant for beating people. Though, I think it might be on par, if not better then the marine knife, judging from personal expierances.
Still, seems like an issue with the commander, rather then the baton. He shouldn't be doing an MP's job regardless.
