It's been obvious that it's been happening to keep the impefect balance topnotch. No big deal im alright with losing marine rounds since xenos are a threat you can't easily overcome. But now isn't it about time some stuff in the marines equipment gets some nice buffs here and there? Knives can always do with getting a nice buff, or *cough* let the apc be buildable. Im just sharing some of my thoughts since marines been getting hit with lots of nerfs

That's not how game design works. If we were to give the marines random buffs, it negates the balancing we just did.

Balance is tricky, so it's necessary to be very careful.

People tend to forget that pretty much every item, ability and sprite we add is for marines.

Xenos got what lately?
Upgrade system a few months ago? Before that boilers? New sprites?

Marines definetly have cooler shit and get more added shit.

marines tend to get buffs in BIG updates whilst xenos get smaller,more frequent buffs.Thats just my evaluation anyway.

Honestly, marines are pretty strong as is. it is just that most of the time, they struggle to work together due to the chain of command, logistics and how they are just mere humans who die as easily as any normal person.

Marines are strong, the reason they lose all the time is because Xenos have a perfect command structure, want the same thing, and have unbreakbale communications and death reports. They have a lot of info to work with. While Marines don't communicate, SLs don't work together and they have a less than stellar command structure.

surprised this topic came back. But I was never saying give marines random buffs I was just saying some specfic buffs in certain areas that is outdated for the marines. Which is why I said knives to be looked at a bit
