Yeah I have a bad habit of switching them on and off or just focusing on a few. I feel like combat is starting to make more sense in terms of juking as a marine while with remaining with the team. It is really rewarding when your squad can put down aliens and not get lost from one another.
I just wish C4 was present with a squad. Maybe that would make things too easy though?
