Failure To Listen / Shark Week / Month

Ok so to get right to the point I have noticed a metric fuck ton of people both Xeno and Marine that just simply don't follow any orders then spend the rest of the round bitching about the Queen / Command.

I can't count the times I have been or seen the Queen / Command giving orders and asking for information only to be blatantly ignored.
It is pretty common that if certain people are not in charge they simply just give orders anyway as boot or runner and disrupt gameplay until thy get their way.

It is not only a rule break but just plain stupid to think that you would disobey, ignore, or go against the orders of your Queen or Command staff without really really really good Admin approved reasons.

Worse yet the meta friend issues are at an all time high. People are following people based on names not on rank or IC reasons.

This I understand is a very common and hard to deal with problem, Well we say that but we know it's bullshit, it' pretty easy to fix.

I ask for the return of Shark week.
For those unaware shark week means that the gloves come off, no more bullshit.

Disobey a CO that's a job ban, keep disobeying as a boot? That's a week ban.
Causing round end / start issues, that's a week ban.

In essence we need the hammer and we need it hard.
I cannot count the times that as an mp I have watched the RO come sit in the brig and proceed to try and be Grand marshal Jackass while the rest of the red shirts blindly follow them because muh meta friendship.

I get we have friends, I'm all for a little banter and meta jokes.
But this shit needs to stop, You wanna know why nobody want to be a queen or the CO?

NOBODY FUCKING LISTENS TO ANY ORDER GIVEN MUCH LESS DO THEY TRY TO WORK AS A TEAM

I love Cm, I love fun, But lately we can't even have a fucking event past Huger Games because people can't get their heads out of their asses long enough to just listen.
