Roleplaying a guy named Dawson Halinder in a The Last Of Us setting. It was good fun, growing him from a lowly private into the guy all the recruits looked up to (while having an affair with someone who eventually became a Firefly). That turned into the username A Halindrical Object, but that's a bit long so I just stuck with Halinder after a while.

My username is a cut version of a different username, Digger alpha. Of course, beyond would not let me use that so I had to modify it. Its just a random name I made that sounded good.

Xbox 360 Profile.

I was really big into Halo at the time and when I got Xbox Live for the first time, I came up with this name for my (at the time) incredible ability to spot my friends during sniper duels.

They claimed I was either a computer program or hacking, so when the time came to make the profile name, I combined Snype and Hunter together and added 007 at the end.

I picked up the name after playing a bit of Nuclear throne and it stuck albeit i have a different name in some other places but this is one i use commonly when i can't think of one.

From my favorite videogame, Mother 3, it's a character in it. I used it a lot when I was younger and just stuck to it ever since because it's a neat username.

As for my character, even though no one asked, random name generator years ago and the occasional tweaking of it now and then. I'm bad with names.

Before Renomaki came to be, I used to go around with the more typical furry name you could ever think up: Renomon.

It was a name that made Sonichu seem original in concept, and is so common that if you looked around on the (furry) web, you'd find a lot of "Renomons" out there. I woulda still had the name too, until one day I came to Fur Affinity and tried to make an account there so I could look at porn... You know, like most underage teens would do at the time. Even lied about me age, too...

But when I got to the naming part, it wouldn't let me use the name Renomon as a username. So, I changed it, but instead of taking the typical route of adding numbers to it, I changed the name up entirely to RENOMAKI, a name I thought I'd never use elsewhere... But for some reason I just ended up sticking with it.

What started as a simple username for a furry art site full of porn turned into my main go-to name for a number of places, my personal identification... It even has a last name, "Story", inspired by the fact that I used to be a writer back in the day and thus thought it would be fitting to name myself "Renomaki Story".

Fun fact, Renomaki Story is the name I use on most SS13 servers. The only reason I don't do it here is because a man named Renomaki would be a little weird in the Aliens universe, unlike the more flexible universe of SS13. Hence the name "Reno Story"

was clicking on Random in CM custom character and lo behold Ray was the first picking out of it then kept clicking random then Dubi showed up so I mashed them together and I got.... Ray Dubi

I just came up with Martzin on the fly from Martz which was a name I saw on youtube sometime before.

As for my CM name it went through lots of changes, first being Mack 'Gunny' Linky and being refined over and over. At one point it was Flavian 'Mack' Linky but that was stupid so I changed it over again and ended up with Murdoch Machowicz.

LordLoko came from Runescape. I was about to creat my second account, I decided "Lord" because it was a medieval RPG and loko because it's a mispelling of "Louco" which translates in portuguese to "Crazy" (It was the early 2000s, everyone had a "xd so randum xdddd" phase). THe name sticked and I had something to identify myself in the internet.

The character name, Ulysses Skyfall, came from CM actually. Before that I was known as "Kyle Konrad", I decided to change my name. "Ulysses" because I like the name, it invokes epicness, and "Skyfall" because I tought it would make a cool english last name (Yes, it was inspired by the movie, altough I'm a not a great fan of the movie, just the name sounds cool).

I have no idea why "Meat" tough, I used on Kyle Konrad but I forgot the reason. I guess I had it because: A- It's not a "badass" nickname, I get really mad when people hve nicknames that confirm their badassness, nicknames are supposed to be mocking someone not making you a US navy seal with 300 confirmed kills. B- It's shorter than "Ulysses", so people actually call me Meat because "Meat" is easier to type. Compare with Xur "Ghost", nobody is going to type "Ghost" because Xur is a godamm Three letter name

well my characters name is ryan and people still call me firebug/firemouth since i switch em. probably cause there are several ryans on the server huh

Ghost isn't much of a nickname you'd call someone, because it doesn't have a background behind it. Unless you have active camoflauge like a Farfarello Hunter (Resident Evil Revelations), you can't apply that name to someone. I call Xur by his name because... Ghost is pretty fucking stupid, let alone cringeworthy.
