So above engineering there's an atmospherics APC. Am I the only one wondering what would happen if it were messed with?

And in science there's a "metal pad" that has a key somewhere. Any clue what that would be?

A good doctor can near insta heal marines with any and all damage that isn't permanent (fractures, lungs, broken) as long as they pack tons of Cryo mix and wrench the showers in Nexus. This healing speed is equivalent to, if not faster, than a Xeno on weeds.

A good RSR can do that anywhere he wants, thanks to new developments in applied cryogenics.

Though honestly I got no clue on the little secret things on the map, the only one I saw was when someone gathered l o a d s o f m o n e y and the description apparently said something along the lines of "Benjamin Franklin looks at you lovingly, though sees the other Benjamin Franklin, the Benjamin Franklins all see each other and start forming against you." Or something along those lines.
