But this way isnt fun but i havent been found once when i just randomly hide, most aliens wont go around breaking into every locker, also pick one without a lock, because it'll be too obvious if theres a bunch of locker lockers and one unlocked

Probably make my marine enough of a "character" to write a dossier for, get some IC friends.
