What do you hate more?

This is a more aimed at people who main Marines. What do you hate more? Runners? Hunters? Spitters? Which caste causes you the most rage?

For me, it's Hunters. If I had to say one thing about Hunters, it'd be fuckem. I hate those bastards. I'm downed asking for a medics help and suddenly, a black thing flies onto my screen, decaps me and runs off. The medic gives me one glance and goes back to treating their other patient. I hate that so much.

Hunters because fucking hell, they are not the most durable caste but dammit, they are annoying, quick, and do a lot of damage and them pouncing can mean game over.

Combat nests are just shit in general.

Combat nests are pretty annoying as a Marine, more so I define combat nest as a Queen/Drone/Hivelord actually making a nest physically when they are attacking a marine at that moment, or intentionally making nests at the front.

I hate witnessing fifteen Marines refuse to rush three or four Xenos. I know they often can't see what Ghosts see, but man is that sad to see.

There are many things that make me fairly salty...

The last xeno that, rather than accepting their fate and charging the marines one last time, instead just keeps running non-stop until the 20 minute timer is up, preferring to delay the round for all the dead just because it refuses to accept defeat.

Marines that get whiny and upset when they are told to stand their ground, not realizing that war isn't always about CHARGING THE ENEMY BLINDLY. Even during WWI, what with all the charging into machineguns they did, they still did it in WAVES and when ORDERED TO, not just waddling towards them like idiots without a clue about tactics.

Speaking of tactics, I hate how rarely you'll see marines use them. Things like flanking, rear guards, or even basic observational skills are lost concepts to a lot of marines, them always preferring to do the most simplest tactics (such as marine blobs, which often just results in lots of Friendly Fire and being surrounded by xenos more easily). Good tactics win battles, bad tactics just hurt marines more than they help.

And don't get me started on people that only care about their K/D more than working as team...

I love playing SL and other Command roles, but getting people to actually listen is impossible. It's like trying to lead a squad of puppies around in the middle of a battlefield, some follow you but most just go off chasing wildlife they saw in the distance.

They're more like orcs than puppies.

Since when? Marines don't respect MPs and certainly don't respect the Commander before and after executions start.

Stumbling upon Predators fighting Marines. I don't know whether to meta and ignore it or act in character and help out my marine comrade possibly resulting in a Pred explosion that wipes out the squad.

From muah experience I am gonna have to say at the top of my list would be either the tackle rates/tackle spams not by a group m(Yer already dead if its 2 or more tackle spammin) but single able to tackle even though RNG based mulitple tackles in seconds. For instance when you resist, xeno opens door one tackle or two on ground then nested again. Another one is when a xeno uses dem speed and pounce and pounce super speed, I get its to escape but quite annoying when this continues are another 20 minutes or so or your chasing the last one and they just pounce due to the distance and stuff. This be just from meh experience, FF aka Friendly only when I get friendly fired anyone can agree if you FF its all gud.

Muhrines don't respect MPs so much that they try to mess up with then whenever they can. And sometimes even the admins, playing muhrines, do it...

Hunters and spitters man. The amount of times I manage to be far away from a hunter but they can still somehow launch at me like a homing rocket pisses me off wayy to much. Spitters are annoying to deal with if you can't figure out where they are hitting you at and if you can't find ointment soon your forever stuck in paincrit waiting to be easy prey for the other weaker classes to claim you as a kill.

My list grows... but this is what I've got so far
First. Xeno camping me while I'm in the nest. Gets out of the nest, door opens, I get smacked and I'm back in th nest.

Second. Firing your rifle and a marine in front of you jumps in your line of fire, causing you to FF him, and of course it's your fault!

Third. Super quiet marines! I don't know why this bugs me as much as it does, but I get really bummed when I'm stuck with a squad of marines who don't talk, no banter, no conversations, just silence. I end up just doing my own thing and having fun with other squad.

I've got more, but the salt is making my head hurt! So yup.

I'm not a fan of facing the T3 spitter castes, in close range the boiler acid seeming to knock you down instantly if you're in it is a bit annoying. The long range clouds hitting within a square of you and killing you is also a pain, don't like that prae's seem to bring you into pain crit with corrosive. They're fair enough but somewhat annoying to actually get hit by those things.

The MEME SCREAM TEAM, you can't do anything while the xenos swarm on you and the other marines, all you can do is watch as you get tacklespammed away.

It used to be crushers considering they used to have no real downsides. They were fast, practically impervious to anything beyond a flamer or SADAR, they're immune to explosives, and they even used to have an AOE stun which is the most powerful tool in both the marine and alien arsenals.

Nowadays I'd probably have to choose Ravager or Spitter. Ravagers just because they are hand stealing jerks and Spitters because neuro memes make me a sad panda. Hunters really don't annoy me that much because they actually require some amount of tactical thinking and skill for a xeno player on what battles to take, when to engage etc. And if a Hunter pounces into a pack of marines they can be pretty easily countered by a shotgun blast to the face. Spitters on the other hand can stay at the fringes of a marine's vision so they can never be beaten in a ranged engagement and they can just sit still and acid splash you for days.

I am eternally irritated by the ranged castes. I don't think they're unbalanced or anything, I just hate them. At best they hit you and cause some minor damage with some major pain. At worst an ancient spitter wrecks your entire day with a never ending barrage of toxin.
