This is for girls. True nords get up, catch all the bullets from mates (which were not unintentional ff but a resupply with ammo), catch it with your mouth and then, while fistfighting a xeno that pounced you, suppress other xeno with your mouth-mounted machine gun (like in the mask if you know whay i mean)

Just aim at a tile past the runner/hunter this way you will not hit the pounced marine.
Marine usually get up few seconds after alien can move it depends on age of an alien.
If im not gunner i usually shoot only few times while there is any around and they are not slow.
It's a huge source of ff but it's a huge source of alien deaths too~

Was it burst? It can hit marines sometimes if aim is bad.

Shoot a few tiles past the xeno on the pounced marine and you wont FF them unless they stand up too early. Even then they'll only stand up after the xeno's off them and when its off them you're most likely already chasing after it. Problem solved.

At times its a bit of a gamble of to shoot or not to shoot, Mostly depends on which is going to cause more damage. Young runner? wait for a clear line of fire and blast it. Ancient Hunter? Blast it immediately.
