One time as an MT I accidentally depressurized half the ship with an emitter during a top deck defence (back in Sulaco map). Right as a major wave of Xenos came swarming up the ladders. Suffice to say the defence didn’t last very long and the marines felt fit to frag me for it. Most humiliating moment of my career.

When i was new to this server, It was my first time back when the sulaco was a thing i loaded a shotgun with buckshot and in a middle of the fight i buckshotted an SL in the back so i went to grab him and pull him back then a xeno shows up and started charging at me so what i did was shoot at the xeno, But ofcourse, The SL recovered from the first buckshot stun and ended up soaking the second buckshot spree and then he got dragged away by the xeno and his squad spent the rest of the round hunting for me, That was so bad to the point that an admin bwoinked me for it and thought i was griefing, It was really embarassing heh.

Don't know if that counts, but after reading the wiki about MT and power generators I decided to give it a try. I joined a round late, and proceded to put fresh fuel cells in all the generators, without switching them on later. I realized my mistake when CIC lost power.

In Nexus. Plant the Claymore in the hallway.
A hunter approached from west hallway by the church and security checkpoint, tried to claw at me but pounce at the mine in process.
It's stunned. So I shot it with shotgun. Slug shell.
It still didn't die or seemed to be in crit. So I try to fire again.
It didn't fire. Shotgun with wooden stock took forever with cool down.
So I switch. There's a M44 Revolver on the ground left my somebody.
Click. It was unloaded.
Hunter got up. Pounce at me. Slash until decapitation.

Insanity consumes.
"Allow me!"

Yesterday, I played as Bravo SL. We were pushed all the way to the jungle FOB behind the LZ with 35+ aliens attacking us. We were actually holding pretty good; we had a good number of marines on the defense line, and CAS and our FOB mortar were hitting the aliens hard. Unfortunately, I had placed an OB in the center of FOB (simply because we were going to be overrun eventually so might as well take a few of the bastards with us).

Then, while still holding really well, I hear the OB beep. I shouted "RUN" and run to the far side of the FOB. The OB drops and gibs three marines straight off the bat and kills a few others by fire. Turns out some idiot SO randomly fired the OB and got BE'd by Reno as a result.

We held for a little while longer, but were eventually overrun and slaughtered.
"Huh, would you look at that... We are screwed yet again."
Plays as Phil "Termite" Smith

You can give a smartgun to every marine, and they would still find a way to FF with it.

Armed an incendiary, and proceeded to misclick, and chunk it at a wall, making Grilled Marine, cooked medium rare.

Pretty much every round this week. End up hitting more fellow marines rather than xenos.
Most recent failure: I fucking managed to blow the foot off some random fellow PFC when the queen came charging.
Doubt the guy survived to scream at me even if I did survive, I ended up getting insta-pounced and slashed by Ravager.

This was some time ago, on my second ice round ever. I survived a massive xeno push at the bar FOB but was heavily wounded along with my squad leader. We both got out of surgery at the same time and went back down on the Alamo only to see a single runner trying to breach the north cades. The bioscan had just told us there weren't that many left so we decided to go after it. Cue three more xenos ambushing us and tackling the SL instantly. I go to shoot a runner. Click. Safety on my pulse rifle is on. Runner tackles me and drags me off a bit, but fails to crit me. I get back up, pull my M44, and shoot it point-blank. Click. It's not loaded because I had never used a revolver before and didn't know you had to open the cylinder before loading. Runner kills both me and the SL, drags my body off into the deepest part of the north caves, and leaves me there. I am never found.
