Who agrees: survivors best role?

I have by far had my best RP experiences as a survivor. The Last 3 games I've been a bargaining chip for the give, peace offering for the hive, and have formed a movie esc besties relation ship with a fellow survivor. I actually have good experiences with people like Aoi Bell because of survivor. Honestly the only thing missing from the role is being consistently able to do something useful, as most survivor spawns are hydroponics or something lame like that. If you agree, post your amazing experiences! If you don't, describe to use the young hunter(420) that decapped you 5 minutes after round start

well one time I beat a hunter to death with a wrench as a survivor, it was back before the colonists spawned with wounds and bursted chests so I just lied down as my character is bald, passing hunter notices me, tries to drag me away, so I stand up and beat it up with a wrench while it missed every pounce.

Survivors are the best role, only their tears are the most tasty, the tears of true desperation. There is nothing better that to have a survivor serving my hive. I make him happy and he makes me happy. Hell I even made a guide dedicated on how to get a survivor to work for you. viewtopic.php?f=94&t=15307 . I wish more xenoes were into that.

Tried survivor recently. It's okay. I wouldn't say it's the best role but it's definitely interesting for a quick play.

Survivor is fun, only if you have to deal with a runner, maybe two and they leave you alone. Not usually the case as for some fucking reason they want to take every last survivor even when it generally means more fun for the CL and sometimes xenos if you take them to the queen to negotiate something as I've had done.

Survivor is awesome, but it's even better if you manage to pair up with other survivors. I remember one round where I paired up with two other survivors and we looted the corporate and sec armory, then proceeded to kill two aliens until having to fight off quite a few aliens at the bar as the marines just touched the ground.

We were memeing in the sec armory on big red and admins were having fun with the almayer so when the marines went on the DS some epic music started playing right as the xenos attacked. We pretty much only won against crushers and ravs because a, music was psycing us up, b, incendiary slugs are awesome, and c, they didn't bother with acid.

Just hide in the LV medical room with only one door and no windows and of course get the engine to move w vending machine in there. :P

Totally goofed here. So I kept wondering why xenos were finding me behind wooden barricades, and I just remembered they can see you through walls. I kept forgetting to put down a body bag and that was why I was getting caught. Long story short, don't skip steps. you're not being clever, you're being stupid
