I knew Aoi Bell for about a week before he was banned, are there any other characters who have a similar rep? I've heard things about kit clover, and there's this one guy who keeps murdering MPs and getting arrested, I think his name is yuri or urel or something.

EDIT: Oh wait I forgot about the WW2 Server Drama. He the Co-Host? Everyone hated him abused his powers all the time, eventually when everyone stole the code and shit and got into drama with CM he complained and cried because they were his "friends" and did nothing wrong. But he abused his powers banned people who robusted him, and was a cunt to everyone he talked to.
