Ok.
First off, this may seem like a drama post, but it's not, I seriously have legitimate questions about why staff is constantly nerfing marines to shit, and occasionally super-buffing xenos.
Look, I understand there's supposed to be an imbalance of xeno to marine wins, like 75-80% of the time xenos are supposed to win.
Here's what I'm seeing.
Marines are adapting to circumstances set by admins.
Admins adapt to the marine custom/tactic/plan/"Meta" by nerfing it or making it completely obsolete or making it ban-able.
Xenos do nothing and are hardly affected other than the LACK of the marine tactic.
What I see, at least in MY eyes, is the xenos are being care-taken by admins constantly, and marine gameplay is changing constantly ... and xenos are still doing the
exact
same
thing
When I play xeno, whether it's a runner, spitter, or even ravager or crusher.
I am doing the
exact, same, thing,
I did practically 3+ months ago, or back all the way when hugger combat was removed from xeno's hands.
Right now, I see a xeno dying as either a really stupid error on the xenomorph's part, or just sheer fuckin' dumb luck.
It's disgusting!
Seriously, I kinda wanna know, I know the fog, but some things like the specs not being able to wield one another's weapons ... a xeno should be smart enough to melt the damn things when you kill them for crying out loud!
The turrets ... why? Why are you nerfing the turrets? Now marines have to use double if not TRIPLE the force on FOB and forts, completely CRIPPLING the attacking force to less than a crawl and getting steamrolled.
Medical nerfs ... I'm ok with, but ... I don't understand that either.
The SD, it used to be this awesome last stand, but now marines are just rushing the drop-ship, giving the marines an actual chance of winning without blowing themselves up. This was actually a marine BUFF because of how they adapted!
I'm not asking for staff to remove the updates, I'm fine with the updates ... sort of ... but the point is, why? Why even have the updates?
From the movies and lore perspective, the XENOMORPHS are supposed to adapt more ... not the marines.
Why are you nerfing marines who are adapting all the time to the updates, coming up with new tactics, strategies, and ways to combat the xenos?
From what I see, xeno gameplay has hardly changed except for the queen, and they are just having life easy by not having to worry about new marine tactics that come up, just sticking to practically 2 YEARS OLD strategies!
Sorry, this is just my question/input on what's been happening recently, staff doesn't even have to publicly make a statement, you can just PM me and I'll try to take it.

Re: A legitimate question for staff
I'm looking for a legitimate answer to my legitimate question, not a stereo-typical meme.
Even IF admins ARE xeno mains, that shouldn't be the reason, and if it is ... I don't even know what to say to that.

Re: A legitimate question for staff
I'm not Staff any longer but I primarily play Xeno.
The Sentries needed nerfed. They did so much damage it was ridiculous. The new "meta" was hiding floor tile claymores and picking off T1 and T2's for very little risk and minimum marine involvement.
Losing the frontline Queen was a heavy nerf and global pheremones was even removed. Frankly, don't be surprised to see more front line Queens wrecking you in time.
You make a mistake as a Xeno and that's it, you're done. Marines get a 2nd shot if they get dragged back, even if they are in Medbay for an hour or so. Dying to a Marine is fine; hell, OB's even.
Sentries hidden by wood, mines hidden by claymores, and Marines refusing to leave the FOB? That's putting a lot of pressure on either the Xenos to delay even longer OR Marine nerfs to discourage turtling so we don't have 4-5 hour rounds.

Re: A legitimate question for staff
In all seriousness, they obviously have a goal for their game but they refuse to tell us that goal so we're gonna keep getting updates piecemeal until all the puzzle pieces fit together and the game isn't bad anymore

Re: A legitimate question for staff
for once I actually agree with a complaint post.
These new marine nerfs have been too much, really.

Apophis775 has a thread specially designed for these questions.
That said, as a marine main, the balance is okay-ish. Devs are always fixing, tweaking and adding things to the game.
