Predator Honor code queston

Part of the honor code includes conduct around wounded/incapacitated marines, and I have a queston about something not mentioned. What if a fully-able marine if covering wounded-marines retreat/treatment? Ex Escorting someone dragging a wounded marine to a DS/EVAC point.

It's a no go for predator, unless they are trying to fake it. If they are faking being critical or helping critical person, they become super unworthy and can be disposed.

Predators are not meme killing machines if played correctly. If able bodied marine is dragging someone in critical, then there is no point (besides them going into lodge or other honor insulting stuff) for predator to kill them. They are better and more skilled (read worthy) game to kill

NethIafins hit the nail on the head. Injured marines, and marines helping the wounded are off-limits from the hunt. However if they are carrying a weapon afterward and are no longer helping anyone, then they could become fair game again.

Also as mentioned, don't try to pretzel honor code or metagame it to keep yourself from being hunted (ala the old "I threw down my weapon I'm not prey now!" trick). Doing so can result in you being considered unworthy prey, and can get you plasma castered/etc.

But, not trying to rescue a fellow marine is way worse, because low rp.

At least shoot the hell out of the pred to scare him off.

See it this way:

A is helping C who is badly injured.

B comes to aid A in helping C.


A and C are forbidden to hunt, B is worthy prey.

Yeah, that is 1. Low RP and 2. Predators spare people who fight them much more often then those who do not (Unless they are a medic or something similar, I would bet)
